Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapists’ day that could have been used by another patient in pain. As such, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If you miss your appointment, you may be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
